Privacy policy

What we collect, how we use it, what you can do about it.

Last updated 2026-05-04

1. Introduction

GoSuper ("we", "us") authors AI skills for trades and freelancers. This privacy policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and what you can do about it. We aim for plain language; if anything is unclear, contact us at hello@gosuper.ai.

GoSuper is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Switzerland. We process personal data under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR.

2. What we collect

Today GoSuper is a waitlist. The data we collect when you sign up is:

  • Email address. Required to send you confirmation and one launch update.
  • Pain selection. Which tool you're interested in (e.g. invoice generator).
  • Trade (optional). Your profession, if you tell us. Helps us prioritise which trade to author for first.
  • Most painful task (optional). A short free-text description. We read every answer.
  • Country code, user-agent. Inferred from request headers. Used to detect bots and understand geographic interest.
  • UTM parameters. If you arrived via a tracked link, we record the source so we know which channel works.

We use PostHog for analytics in identified-only mode. That means we don't create any profile or set any cookie until you actively identify yourself by submitting a form. Anonymous visits are recorded as aggregate counts only. PostHog data is hosted in the United States; it is bound by our data-processing agreement.

3. How we use your data

To do three things, in this order of importance:

  • Decide which AI skill to author first. We aggregate the pain × profession × free-text matrix to identify the loudest signal.
  • Email you about the launch. Once. Maybe twice if we ship something genuinely worth your time. We don't run a newsletter and we don't market other products to you.
  • Operate the service. Detect abuse, prevent spam, comply with the law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. The only third parties that touch your data are the infrastructure providers we use to operate the service:

  • Vercel (hosting, USA / EU). Receives every request to gosuper.ai.
  • Supabase (database, EU). Stores the waitlist.
  • Resend (transactional email). Sends your confirmation email.
  • PostHog (analytics, US). Identified-only mode — no profile is created until you submit a form.
  • Stripe (payments, USA / EU). Only when we launch paid tiers and you decide to buy something.

Each of these providers is contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf.

5. Data retention

We keep waitlist signups until you ask us to delete them or until we decide GoSuper isn't going anywhere — whichever comes first. If you delete your account once we ship paid tiers, all data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days.

We keep server logs (request metadata, no body content) for 90 days for security and debugging.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what we have on file about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Have your data deleted
  • Take your data with you (export)
  • Object to how we process it

Email hello@gosuper.ai and we'll handle the request within 30 days, no friction. If you prefer to escalate, the relevant supervisory authorities are the Swiss FDPIC (federal-data-protection.ch) and your national EU data protection authority.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when we change what we collect or how we use it. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. For substantive changes (new processors, new purposes), we email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.

8. Contact

For privacy questions: hello@gosuper.ai.

For everything else, the contact form works too.
