TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of service

The rules of the road. Plain language.

Last updated 2026-05-04

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of GoSuper. By signing up to the waitlist or, later, by purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

GoSuper is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Switzerland.

2. What GoSuper is

GoSuper authors small, focused AI skills (programs that run inside AI agents, plus a hosted web equivalent) for SMB pain points like invoicing, quoting, contract drafting, and meeting notes. Today the service is a waitlist; the actual skills aren't built yet.

When skills ship, you'll be able to install them locally in Claude, Cursor, or similar tools, or run them in your browser via the GoSuper web runner. Same skill, same data, your choice of interface.

3. Beta status

GoSuper is in active development. The website may have bugs. Skills will sometimes produce wrong output. We don't guarantee uptime or accuracy during this phase.

If something breaks, tell us at hello@gosuper.ai and we'll fix it. In the meantime, don't use GoSuper as your only source of truth for legal or financial decisions.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Use GoSuper to break the law
  • Resell access without our permission
  • Try to circumvent rate limits or license enforcement
  • Generate content designed to mislead or defraud
  • Probe the service for vulnerabilities (do reach out at security@gosuper.ai if you find one)

5. Who owns what

Your content stays yours. Anything you submit to GoSuper (your invoices, quotes, contracts, the painful-task free-text on the waitlist form) is yours. You grant us a limited licence to host it and run AI on it for the purpose of giving you the output you asked for. We don't train models on your content and we don't sell it.

Our software is ours. The GoSuper website, the skills we author, and the GoSuper SaaS API are licensed to you, not transferred. You don't acquire rights to redistribute them.

6. Pricing and refunds

The waitlist is free. When paid tiers launch, prices will be shown on the pricing page; you'll see the price clearly before you pay.

If you buy a subscription and it isn't working out, email us within 14 days for a full refund. No friction.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GoSuper is provided "as is". We're a small team and we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything related to GoSuper is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero, during the waitlist phase).

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-losses damages. If using GoSuper makes you lose a client because the contract draft was wrong, that's on you to verify, not on us to insure.

8. Termination

You can leave anytime. Email us, or once we ship the dashboard, delete your account from the settings page. We delete your data within 30 days.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or the law, or if we shut GoSuper down. We'll give you 30 days notice and a way to export your data unless legal obligations require us to act faster.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless local consumer-protection laws give you stronger rights elsewhere.
